The Sumner Files is taking a summer break. We’re editing a few episodes already recorded, and starting to record a few new ones. Also, I’m called to spend some time on another special project, related to my day job as a scientist, in response to the catastrophic budget cuts hitting U.S. science and academia. I’m not ready to talk about what the new project itself is, but if you want to know about the problem causing me to do it, please listen to the last episode, where I’ve explained it as well as I can. I don’t have a specific date for when we’ll start putting out new episodes of the Sumner Files, but almost certainly by sometime in the fall. See you then, and thanks for listening.
